By accessing or using Hivedash (the 'platform'), you agree to abide by these terms of service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the platform.
User conduct
Be nice to each other. Don't be a jerk. Users must refrain from posting or engaging in any behavior that is unlawful, abusive, harassing, threatening, discriminatory, or otherwise objectionable. Users are solely responsible for their interactions and activities on the platform. Hivedash does not endorse, support, or guarantee the accuracy, integrity, or quality of user-generated content.
Use at your own risk
Hivedash is provided 'as is' and 'as available.' We do not make any warranties or guarantees regarding the availability, reliability, or security of the platform. Users acknowledge that their use of Hivedash is at their own risk. Hivedash shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform.
User-generated content
Users retain ownership rights to the content they create and post on Hivedash. However, by submitting content to the platform, users grant Hivedash a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute such content for the purpose of operating the platform. Users understand and agree that their content may be stored and displayed on the platform indefinitely, even after their accounts are deactivated or terminated.
Prohibited uses
Users must avoid breaking laws or regulations, impersonating others, spamming, uploading malware, disrupting platform security, harvesting personal data without consent, or impairing platform functioning. Hivedash may suspend or terminate accounts for violations.
Account management
Hivedash reserves the right to deactivate or remove user accounts and posts that violate these terms of service. Deactivated or removed accounts and posts may remain in our database for technical reasons, but they will not be accessible to other users.
Third-party services
Hivedash may integrate with or link to third-party services, websites, or applications. Users understand and agree that their use of such third-party services is subject to the terms and policies of those services. Hivedash is not responsible for the content, functionality, or practices of third-party services linked or integrated with the platform.
Modifications to terms
Hivedash reserves the right to update or modify these terms of service at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
